We have all the necessary insurances and financial guarantees to ensure that renting your property through our services is secure. We have been established in the region since 2009. Our office is based in the Centre Port area of Cap d’Agde in the Hérault. We have a bi-lingual team experienced in rentals managment and reservations sales. All the properties advertised on our site we know personally and so can guide you on the perfect holiday choice for you. We offer the following options to ensure the effective rental of your property according to your needs.

Rentals Management Service

For properties in the Cap d’Agde, Agde, Grau d’Agde and La Tamarissière area we offer a full rentals management service from A-Z.

From advertising through our website, dealing with all enquiries, taking the deposits, establishing the contract between ourselves and the holiday-maker, securing damages deposits, opening and preparing the property pre-season, welcoming the renters, handing over keys and providing directions to the property, trouble-shooting during their stay, checking of the property before and after rental, closing down of property after the season. The rate for this service is an agreed weekly rental rate as per the season with 25% commisson added to give the advertised rental rate.

Reservations Service

For properties throughout the region we offer a reservations service with advertising through our website, dealing with enquiries, liaising with you as owners re availibility, establishing the contract between yourself as owner and the renter, dealing with damages deposit if required. The rate for this service is 10% of the weekly rental rate.

Long-Lets Management

We offer a selection of properties that are available for rental for a period of 1 month+ out of season or throughout the year. This is a specialist service as most classic French Estate Agents are not equipped to deal with this type of enquiry due to the constraints of French administration. We, however, understand the needs of people wishing to escape colder climes in the Winter to come and experience the blue skies and moderate temperatures that we mostly enjoy during the quieter months here! From advertising through our website, dealing with all enquiries, checking availibility with yourself as owner, establishing the contract between yourself and the renter, dealing with damages deposits and utility readings if required. The rate for this service is 7% of the monthly rental rate for the duration of the contract.
